# Inheritance Coffee > Specialty coffee roaster in Pensacola, Florida. Roasts single-origin coffee and blends to order every Wednesday, supplies wholesale coffee to cafes, churches, restaurants, hotels and offices along the Gulf Coast, runs a mobile coffee cart for events, consults with churches starting their own coffee shops, and operates Pensacola's first shared co-roasting space. Founded December 2023 by Mason and Melanee Singer, out of a coffee program built for Echo Life Church. The roastery is at 515 E Fairfield Drive, Pensacola, Florida 32503. It is a production space rather than a storefront and is not open to the public; visits are by appointment only. Coffee ships nationwide within two business days of the roast. Five business lines: retail coffee sold online and through wholesale partners; wholesale supply with no minimums and barista training included; mobile coffee cart catering across Northwest Florida and Southeast Alabama; church coffee shop consulting; and co-roasting, where other roasters rent time on the roasters rather than buying their own. Every single-origin listing publishes the farm or washing station, the region, the process, the cultivar and the cup score.
