Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Inheritance Coffee. We’re honored to share our coffees with you and are committed to ensuring your order arrives quickly, safely, and with the care it deserves.

Processing Times

All orders are roasted to order to ensure maximum freshness. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer flat-rate and calculated shipping options at checkout via USPS and UPS. Shipping costs are determined by the size and weight of your order and your delivery location. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental U.S.

Delivery Time Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Local Delivery (Pensacola area): 1–2 business days (if available during checkout)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holiday volume.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking within 3 business days of your order, feel free to reach out to us.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. For wholesale or bulk international orders, please contact us directly at hello@inheritancecoffee.com.

Shipping Issues or Delays

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@inheritancecoffee.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll do everything we can to help resolve the issue and ensure you receive your coffee.

Incorrect Address Policy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. Inheritance Coffee is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
