Inheritance Coffee is a micro coffee roastery located in the heart of Pensacola, Florida, dedicated to sourcing, roasting, brewing, and sharing flavorful and unique coffee. We take an imaginative approach by extracting sophisticated flavors from well sourced beans through artisanal practices to serve you an experience that resonates over time. We serve discerning coffee enthusiasts and local businesses by providing exceptional products and fostering a sense of community and trust through our transparency and innovation. About the Owners
Mason & Melanee Singer, along with their two daughters, Everlee and Ellee, founded Inheritance Coffee in December 2023 with a three-fold vision: to introduce world-class coffee in the Southeast, to improve church coffee, and to earn a spot for Christian values among the giants of specialty coffee.
Our Community & Partners
Inheritance was conceived through a project in partnership with Echo Life Church in Pensacola, Florida. Together, the Singers and Echo Life Church created Echo Coffee Co., which you can read more about here. It was during that project the Singers recognized the need for a new kind of coffee roaster - one that would source, roast, and serve the most exceptional coffees, and simultaneously and overtly stand beside and promote Christian values and ideals.
What Inheritance Coffee does
- Specialty coffee roasting. Single-origin lots and blends, roasted to order at our roastery in Pensacola, Florida.
- Wholesale coffee. Ongoing supply for cafes, churches, restaurants, hotels and offices across Northwest Florida and Southeast Alabama.
- Church coffee consulting. Helping churches start and run their own coffee shops for their congregations, from equipment to sourcing to training.
- Mobile coffee cart catering. A full espresso bar with a trained barista, brought to weddings, corporate events and church gatherings.
- Retail coffee. Bags shipped nationwide from our online store and stocked by our wholesale partners.
- Co-roasting. Pensacola's first shared roasting space, where other roasters and startups can rent time on our roasters.

We started roasting in December 2023, out of a coffee program built for Echo Life Church.
Does Inheritance Coffee roast its own coffee?
Yes. Every bag we sell is roasted by us in Pensacola, to order, and shipped within two business days of the roast.
Does Inheritance Coffee sell wholesale?
