As a wholesale partner, you’ll have access to the same specialty coffees we roast for our own cafe, along with guidance for everything that comes before and after: planning your bar layout, choosing equipment that will last, and securing preferred pricing on trusted brands like La Marzocco and Mahlkonig. Once you’re up and running, we continue to support you with hands-on training, thoughtful menu development, and help with anything that comes up along the way.
Great Coffee
We are dedicated to roasting exceptional, ethically-sourced specialty coffee with a unique variety of notes, origins, and processes. We take extra care nailing down the most optimal taste profiles and roast fresh in our space every week in Pensacola, Florida.
Bartista Training
Designed for wholesale partners, our comprehensive training program teaches the fundamentals of barista skills no matter the experience level. Topics include espresso machine and grinder operation, espresso, milk steaming, basic latte art, and work flow with plenty of hands-on practice built in.
Equipment Purchasing & Support
We are proud to offer La Marzocco, Eversys, Mahlkonig, Mazzer, and Fetco equipment purchasing and maintenance to our local partners. Whether you need a new espresso machine, help with equipment selection, or basic troubleshooting, we are here to help you succeed.
Wholesale FAQ
We roast coffee to order every Tuesday through Saturday.
Yes! We deliver weekly within a 40-mile radius of Pensacola.
We ship orders Monday through Friday via USPS or UPS. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days and often go out the same day.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location, national holidays, and weather delays.
You will receive an order notification when you place your order and a shipping notification when your order ships.
Sure! While we don't have a physical storefront open to customers, we would be happy to arrange pickup. You can email us to arrange pickup details, and we're happy to accommodate you.
After filling out this form and being accepted as a wholesale partner, simply log in to lookalivecoffee.com using your email address and password. You'll automatically be in the wholesale store and can add items to your cart.
There are no minimums to get started. We operate on a pay as you go model so you can order as much or as little as you need when you need it.
We believe serving great coffee starts with great training. We offer a comprehensive 4 hour barista training session for up to 6 people at a time. During barista training we'll cover everything from dialing in your espresso, building espresso drinks, steaming milk, barista work flow, and best cleaning practices.
