We read every one personally. Approvals often come within 24 hours, though some take longer, and the reply comes from someone who actually read yours rather than an autoresponder.
What happens next
- We talk. A short conversation about volume, timing, which path fits, and what you are building. Your pricing gets answered here, once we know what you are actually roasting.
- You walk the space. You should see the roasters and the production floor before committing to anything.
- The roasting class, if you are self-roasting. Every self-roaster completes a basic roasting class first, with no exemption for experience. If we roast for you, this step does not apply.
- You start. Self-roasters generally go from approved to roasting in days or weeks. Contract roasting partners begin with a first production run and a profile conversation.
