Someone on our team reads every one personally, not by filter. Approvals are normally issued within 24 hours, and some take longer.

What happens next

You will hear from us to settle four things: your volume, which bag formats make sense, what grind your brewer wants, and whether you sit inside the forty mile delivery radius. That conversation is also where your pricing comes from, because it is set per account against exactly those four things.

Ask about samples when we talk. Choosing the coffee your customers will drink every day off a tasting note is a bad way to choose it.

Once you are approved

Approval creates a B2B account, separate from the retail store. Signing in shows you a wholesale catalog including the 2lb and 5lb formats, with the prices set for your account. Orders join our next Wednesday roast, because we roast to order rather than pulling from stock.
