Who buys wholesale coffee in Birmingham

Birmingham was built on iron and steel and now runs on medicine and banking. UAB and its hospitals are the largest employer in the state, with break rooms, waiting rooms and cafes pouring around the clock, and the banks and firms downtown keep a steady weekday crowd. The cafe scene lives in the neighborhoods, Avondale, Five Points South, Lakeview and the downtown loft blocks, where independent shops compete on quality. Samford and the other campuses add student calendars, and the churches here are among the largest in the South.
