Who buys wholesale coffee in Fernandina Beach
Fernandina Beach is the town at the north end of Amelia Island, a Victorian downtown along Centre Street with a working shrimp dock at the end of it. The coffee demand splits between that downtown, where the cafes, bakeries, restaurants and inns serve a steady weekend crowd from Jacksonville and beyond, and the resorts and rental houses along the island's beaches to the south. The Shrimp Festival in May is the biggest weekend of the year, and summer and the holidays keep the inns full. Most accounts here are an inn or resort running a breakfast program, a cafe or bakery on Centre Street, or a rental manager stocking island houses.
