What is this
Graded on the 100 point specialty scale. Anything at 80 or above qualifies as specialty coffee. Coffees above 90 are rare air, and we price and roast them with that respect.

How much of this coffee we bought. Small lots keep quality high and mean every bag is roasted close to when it was bought. When it is gone, it is gone until the next harvest.
