The Turin Gallatin DB Espresso Machine is a high-performance, semi-automatic espresso machine designed for both home baristas and coffee enthusiasts seeking a premium, café-quality experience. Combining advanced brewing technology with elegant craftsmanship, this machine offers good control over every aspect of espresso preparation, while maintaining a sleek and stylish design.

Product Description:

Crafted with a stainless steel body featuring a stunning mirror finish, the Turin Gallatin DB not only performs at a professional level but also serves as a beautiful addition to any kitchen or coffee setup. Equipped with a Dual PID temperature adjustment, this machine allows precise control over brewing and temperatures by controlling each independently.

At the heart of the machine is an Italian Fluid-O-Tech made rotary pump, which provides consistent pressure for brewing espresso. A manual valve allows users to easily switch between using the 1.7-liter water tank or connecting the machine directly to a water source. Ensure you are using quality softened water.

The E61 thermosiphon-heated grouphead ensures that water temperature remains stable throughout the brewing process, while the programable and adjustable preinfusion feature allows for a fuller, more even extraction. The semi-automatic brew lever provides precise control over the brewing process, ensuring each shot is pulled to your exact preferences. As if that is not enough, the manual flow control paddle on the grouphead allows you to manually control the extraction throughout the shot.

For those looking to conserve energy, the economy mode reduces energy consumption without compromising performance. The machine’s two independent boilers allows you to brew and steam simultaneously, eliminating the wait time between tasks. The 3-hole steam tip offers great milk texturing, making it easy to create velvety microfoam for lattes and cappuccinos.

The Turin Gallatin DB (G3135H) features an easy-to-use digital display screen, where you can adjust preinfusion time, boiler temperatures, and set the standby or eco mode timer. The display also functions as a shot timer ensures precise brewing, giving you full control over extraction time. The machine also includes traditional steam and hot water wands with joystick style valves, making it versatile for various beverages, including tea, americanos, or hot chocolate, thanks to the built-in hot water tap.

The machine’s walnut handles on the joystick controls, portafilter, and included tamper add a luxurious touch, elevating the machine’s aesthetic. The joysticks are designed to lock into place, allowing for more ergonomic use. The 58mm portafilter comes with single and double baskets, providing flexibility in shot size, while the included accessories, such as the quality wood-handle tamper, ensure you have everything you need to craft your perfect cup.

With additional features like the brew group pressure gauge and a cup warmer, the Turin Gallatin DB is packed with everything needed for a professional-grade espresso experience at home.
