Daphne is the largest city on the Eastern Shore, sitting where the Causeway and the Bayway cross Mobile Bay, and much of it commutes to work in Mobile every morning. That makes it a family town, and its coffee demand follows families: large, growing churches, the medical and dental practices and small offices along US 98, and cafes and bakeries serving a morning crowd before it crosses the water.
