Gulf Breeze is a commuter peninsula with a church on nearly every corner of Highway 98, and that is the shape of its coffee demand. The congregations are large for the size of the town, and a lobby hospitality table in Gulf Breeze proper or Tiger Point pours more coffee in three hours than a small cafe does in a day. The medical corridor around Gulf Breeze Hospital runs break rooms and waiting rooms on a weekday clock, and the cafes on the 98 strip serve commuters heading to Pensacola.
