Who buys wholesale coffee in Navarre
Navarre is two towns that share a name. The mainland is a fast-growing town of families, churches and the businesses that follow them along Highways 98 and 87, many of them tied to Hurlburt Field and Eglin. Navarre Beach is a rental market that turns over weekly from spring break through Labor Day. The mainland churches are the steadiest buyers in town, and the cafes on 98 open early for a commute that leaves for the bases. Most accounts here are a church serving a lobby crowd between services, a rental manager stocking Navarre Beach units, or a cafe on the 98 corridor.
Running a coffee program in Navarre
The mainland and the beach need opposite order patterns. A church runs on the church year, full at Easter and Christmas and thin in July; a beach rental office is thin in Lent and full in July. We set the base to the floor and let each account raise single weeks, and beach units get sealed portions because salt air turns an open bag flat in days. A distributor's case was roasted weeks before it was picked; ours was roasted the morning it rode down 98.
