Who buys wholesale coffee in Milton

Milton's coffee demand has three centers. Downtown along the Blackwater River holds the courthouse and the offices around it, the small cafes and lunch restaurants on the old main street, and churches that have anchored the town for a century. North of town is NAS Whiting Field, where classes of student aviators arrive and leave on a fixed cycle. And between Milton and Pace along Highway 90 is where the growth is: newer churches, medical practices and family businesses. Most accounts here are a church serving a lobby crowd between services, a downtown cafe or lunch counter, or an office near the courthouse or the base.

Milton is steadier than the beach towns. A courthouse-district office or a downtown church pours roughly the same in March as in September, so a base quantity on the Wednesday cadence rarely needs to move. The exception is the base: a church or office serving Whiting Field families sees its headcount change with each training class, and the Wednesday cadence lets a single week move without a contract change.
