Who buys wholesale coffee in Pace

Pace is not a downtown; it is a corridor along Highway 90 and Woodbine Road, and nearly everything that buys coffee in volume sits on one of those two roads. The churches come first: many of them young, several of them large, all of them growing with the subdivisions behind them. The medical and dental practices that follow families into a suburb come second, and the cafes serve a commute that leaves for Pensacola and Whiting Field before seven. Friday nights and Saturday mornings add a concession-stand and booster-club demand. Most accounts here are a church serving a lobby crowd between services, an office or practice running a standing coffee program, or a cafe on the Highway 90 corridor.

Running a coffee program in Pace

In a suburb that is still being built, last year's quantity is wrong this year. A church that set its order in 2024 has probably added a service, and a practice that opened with four staff has eight, so we ask accounts here to tell us when the headcount moves. The school year matters more in Pace than in most towns: August and May are the two edges, and a quantity set for October will be wrong in June. A distributor's case was roasted weeks before it was picked; ours was roasted the morning it crossed the river.
