This is our first selection from the Nguguini washing station. The dry ground coffee delivered a tea-like aroma while the wet grounds evoked pungent fruity aromas. As a hot coffee, Nguguini presented strong citrus notes, such as orange, cranberry, and tamarind. However, as the coffee cooled, the notes began to shift from dark fruits to dry ones, and there were notes of coconut and molasses.
