Every quote includes beverage service, staffing, travel, setup, breakdown and taxes. All we need is space to set up, one standard wall outlet per espresso machine, a nearby trash can, and a site contact to greet the barista.

Yes. Fort Walton Beach is about fifty minutes east of our Fairfield Drive roastery on Highway 98, and it is a day trip rather than an overnight. The market here splits between military ceremonies on the installations and events out on Okaloosa Island, and those are two different setups. Getting the cart to Fort Walton Beach
Fifty minutes on 98 in ordinary conditions. Two things stretch it: summer weekends, and anything crossing Brooks Bridge onto Okaloosa Island. If the cart is headed to the island rather than to mainland Fort Walton Beach, say so at booking. That crossing is the one part of the drive we cannot control.
Base dates run on a separate clock. Access has to be arranged from your side well ahead of the date, and we will ask early who is sponsoring the cart through the gate. Setup is forty-five minutes once the cart is in the room, so for a base event we aim to be at the gate long before that.
What Fort Walton Beach events look like
The military calendar is the biggest block. Hurlburt Field and Eglin generate change of command ceremonies, retirements, promotions and squadron functions year round, nearly all weekday, daytime and finished inside a short window. Two hundred guests with a ninety minute reception is the common shape, and it decides staffing.
The other half is coastal. Beach weddings on Okaloosa Island, resort and hotel events, conference mornings at the convention center, and family gatherings around the Gulfarium. Downtown adds civic programming, Heritage Park events and chamber functions. Spring and October weekends book first, and almost everything from June through September is iced. Setting up at Fort Walton Beach venues
On base. Ballrooms, clubs and hangar spaces. Power and load-in are rarely the obstacle. Access is. We need names, vehicle details and a point of contact ahead of time. None of it is a dealbreaker. It is only a problem when it surfaces the week of the event.
Okaloosa Island beachfront. Beach-level service points usually have no outlet, so a standard 110v outlet has to be brought within reach of the cart. Wind and sand also decide where the cart can stand. A deck, pavilion or pool surround works far better than open beach.
Hotels, the convention center and downtown rooms. The most forgiving of the three. Interior power, a service entrance, sometimes a dock, and a hard floor. An eight by eight foot footprint and forty-five minutes are genuinely all we need.

Questions about coffee carts in Fort Walton Beach
Can you bring the cart onto Hurlburt Field or Eglin?
Yes, once base access is arranged in advance. That part sits with the event host rather than with us, and it should start well before the week of the event. Everything after the gate is a normal setup.
How many people can one cart serve at a change of command?
One barista pours sixty to seventy-five drinks an hour. For two hundred guests inside a ninety minute reception that is tight but workable with one, and comfortable with two. Send the headcount and the window and we will tell you which.
Do you set up on the beach on Okaloosa Island?
Yes, and power is the question that decides everything else. Most beach-level spots have no outlet, so we need to know at booking rather than on the morning. A deck or pavilion also beats open sand for the cart and for the line waiting at it.
What towns near Fort Walton Beach do you serve?
