Getting the cart to a Pensacola event

Downtown, East Hill, North Hill and the Cordova corridor are all inside twenty minutes of the roastery. Pensacola Beach runs closer to thirty, Perdido Key closer to forty. None of it requires an overnight, which is why Pensacola dates are the easiest ones on our calendar to add late.

We arrive about forty-five minutes before service starts. Downtown we come earlier than that, because load-in there is street-side and parking near Palafox on a Saturday evening is its own project.

What Pensacola events look like

Pensacola books a wider mix than the beach towns east of here. Weddings are a large part of it, split between downtown venues and the beach. But a real share of the calendar is military: change of command ceremonies, retirements and squadron functions tied to NAS Pensacola, which land on weekday mornings and need everyone served inside a short, fixed window.

The rest is corporate meetings, church events, gallery and festival work along Palafox, and Mardi Gras season, which in Pensacola runs longer than visitors expect. Spring and fall Saturdays book earliest. Summer skews toward beach weddings and indoor corporate work, and nearly everything ordered between June and September is iced. Setting up at Pensacola venues

Downtown and the historic district. Venues around Palafox and Seville Square are mostly older buildings, so power is the thing to check early. The espresso machine runs on a standard 110v outlet, and a circuit already running the band or a caterer's warmers will trip. Load-in is street-side at most of them, so tell us where the cart is going and how far that is from where we can park.

Pensacola Beach and Perdido Key. Beachfront service points usually have no power at all. That is solvable with notice, but it has to be planned rather than discovered on the day. Sand and wind also decide where the cart can sit; a deck, pavilion or hard surface works far better than open sand.

Church campuses, hotels and conference rooms. The easiest rooms we work. Power, water and an indoor load-in, usually with a dock or service entrance.

Travel, setup, breakdown and taxes are included in every quote we send, everywhere we go. Pensacola is our home market, so there is no overnight and no long drive built into the number.
