Every quote includes beverage service, staffing, travel, setup, breakdown and taxes. All we need is space to set up, one standard wall outlet per espresso machine, a nearby trash can, and a site contact to greet the barista.

Yes, and the drive is about twenty minutes from our Fairfield Drive roastery, assuming the Pensacola Bay Bridge cooperates. Gulf Breeze is close enough that we load the cart the morning of your event and the coffee was roasted days earlier rather than weeks. Getting the cart to Gulf Breeze
Every route into Gulf Breeze from our side of the water crosses the Pensacola Bay Bridge. On a weekday morning that is a twenty-minute drive. On a Saturday in July, with beach traffic stacking toward the Bob Sikes Bridge, it is not. We schedule Gulf Breeze arrivals around the bridge rather than around the mileage.
Nothing in Gulf Breeze proper, Tiger Point or out toward Navarre needs an overnight. Setup runs forty-five minutes once the cart is standing where it will serve, so we target being on site that far ahead. For a ceremony on the Sound side we come earlier, because a cart crossing a lawn moves slower than a cart crossing a parking lot.
What Gulf Breeze events look like
Gulf Breeze books smaller and more private than Pensacola. A large share of it is backyard: waterfront homes along the Santa Rosa Sound, rehearsal dinners, milestone birthdays, and graduation parties for Gulf Breeze High families in May. Forty to a hundred guests is the norm, not the exception.
The rest is civic and school. Church functions, booster and PTA events, chamber mornings, and small corporate offsites that pick Gulf Breeze for being quiet. Spring and fall weekends fill first. Summer dates skew late, and nearly everything from June through September is iced. Wedding weekends run through both halves of that list, and our wedding coffee cart page covers how we time them.
Setting up at Gulf Breeze venues
Waterfront homes and backyards. The most common Gulf Breeze setup and the one with the most variables. The espresso machine runs on a standard 110v outlet, and a residential exterior outlet already carrying string lights and a caterer's equipment will trip. Grass and decking are workable. Soft sand and a long carry from the street are not. The cart is roughly eight by eight feet and it has to reach the spot on wheels.
Sound-side and park settings. Open sites like Shoreline Park bring wind and often no outlet within reach. We can work around a missing outlet if we know at booking. Finding out at four o'clock on the day is a different situation.
Churches, schools and community rooms. The simplest bookings on this side of the bridge. Interior power, a service door, and a hard floor to roll across.

Questions about coffee carts in Gulf Breeze
Does bridge traffic affect when the cart arrives?
It affects when we leave, not when we arrive. Bay Bridge traffic goes into the schedule, and we still target being on site forty-five minutes before service. Summer Saturdays and holiday weekends get an extra buffer on top of that.
Can you set up in a backyard on the Santa Rosa Sound?
Yes, and power decides it. We need a standard 110v outlet within reach of where the cart sits, not an outlet shared with lights and warming trays. Tell us the surface as well. Grass and decking are fine, deep sand is not.
How far ahead should I book a Gulf Breeze date?
Four to six weeks covers most dates. Spring and fall Saturdays go earlier than that, and graduation weekend in May is the tightest stretch on the local calendar.
What towns near Gulf Breeze do you serve?
Several have their own page: Pensacola, Fort Walton Beach, Niceville and Crestview. Navarre, Milton, Pace and Pensacola Beach are all inside normal range and none of them require an overnight.
