Every quote includes beverage service, staffing, travel, setup, breakdown and taxes. All we need is space to set up, one standard wall outlet per espresso machine, a nearby trash can, and a site contact to greet the barista.
Coffee Cart Catering on 30A
30A is inside our regular service area, about ninety minutes to two hours from the Pensacola roastery depending on whether your event is at the Dune Allen end or the Rosemary Beach end. Getting the cart to 30A
Most 30A dates are day trips. We leave Pensacola early, load in, serve, break down and drive home the same night. Travel, setup, breakdown and taxes sit inside the quote, so the distance does not arrive later as a separate line.
The one thing worth knowing is that 30A in season is not the same road it is in February. For a Saturday in May or October we build in a much larger buffer, which is why we ask for the ceremony or session start time rather than only the service window.
What 30A events look like
This is the most wedding-weighted market we serve, and most are destination weddings, which changes the shape of a booking. The cart is rarely one event: it is a welcome party Thursday, a rehearsal dinner Friday, a reception Saturday and a farewell brunch Sunday, often across three addresses.
The rest is rental-home events and corporate retreats in the larger houses. March through May and September through October book earliest. Summer is hot enough that iced drinks outsell hot ones by a wide margin, and a coffee bar late in a reception does more work here than one at cocktail hour. Setting up at 30A venues
Gated communities. Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, WaterColor, WaterSound and Seaside each run their own vendor access, parking and load-in rules, and they are not the same from one to the next. Your planner or rental manager normally arranges vendor access ahead of the date. We need to know it is handled and where we are allowed to park, because a cart plus equipment is not a walk-in from a distant lot.
Beach and dune-side setups. There is usually no power at the point of service, and open sand is hard on both the cart and the guest line. A boardwalk, deck, pool surround or pavilion works far better. Wind matters here more than anywhere else we serve.
Rental homes. Driveway or pool-deck placement is typical and generally the easiest option on 30A, because the power is real and the load-in is short. Worth checking quiet hours before booking a late service window.

Questions about coffee carts on 30A
Do you charge extra to travel to 30A?
Travel is included in the quote rather than added afterwards. 30A is inside our normal service range, so it is priced as a day trip and not as long-haul travel.
Can you serve a multi-day wedding weekend?
Yes, and it is the most common way the cart gets booked on 30A. Welcome party, rehearsal dinner, reception and farewell brunch can be quoted together, including when they are at different addresses. Send all the dates at once and the schedule gets easier to build.
Can you set up inside a gated community like Rosemary Beach or Alys Beach?
Yes. Vendor access and parking run through your planner, venue or rental manager ahead of the date, and the rules differ between communities. We need the access details and a parking location before the day rather than on it.
What other towns near 30A do you serve?
