Every quote includes beverage service, staffing, travel, setup, breakdown and taxes. All we need is space to set up, one standard wall outlet per espresso machine, a nearby trash can, and a site contact to greet the barista.
Coffee Cart Catering in Alys Beach, Florida
Yes. Alys Beach is about an hour and forty-five minutes east of our Pensacola roastery, inside our regular service area. What sets an Alys booking apart is not the distance but the process: events here are fewer, larger and more produced, and the community's own standards and event staff are part of every plan. Getting the cart to Alys Beach
Alys dates run as day trips. We leave in the morning, load in, serve, break down and drive back the same night, with travel, setup, breakdown and taxes inside the quote.
Lead time is the real difference. Vendor access, load-in windows and staging are normally arranged through your planner and the community's event staff ahead of the date, and that coordination does not compress into a week. Dates in the smaller 30A towns sometimes get added late. Alys ones rarely do, and it is better to say so than to take a date we cannot run properly.
What Alys Beach events look like
Alys books fewer events than the rest of 30A, each with more production. Weddings arrive with a vendor list, a run of show and a timeline someone else owns, which suits a cart fine: we work to the schedule we are handed. The other half is corporate buyouts, brand dinners and private events in the larger courtyard homes.
Guest counts run higher than at the smaller towns nearby. One barista pours sixty to seventy-five drinks an hour. Past roughly a hundred and fifty guests in a tight window, one cart becomes the line people remember instead of the coffee, and we quote a second barista. Setting up at Alys Beach venues
Caliza Pool and the Amphitheatre. Open-air service points, so power gets confirmed rather than assumed. The espresso machine runs on a standard 110v outlet. Where the cart stands and how the guest line runs get decided with the venue rather than by us, which is the right order for a space this designed.
Courtyards and private homes. The cart needs roughly eight feet by eight feet of level ground. White masonry courtyards are excellent surfaces and unforgiving backdrops, so the back of house lives under the cart: no stacked crates, no visible bins.
Access and staging. Bringing a cart in gets settled between your planner and the community's event staff, and what they require is theirs to define rather than ours to assume. What we need back is the approved staging spot, the load-in window and where the vehicle sits during service.

How far ahead should we book an Alys Beach event?
Earlier than you would elsewhere on 30A. A 50% deposit holds the date, but what actually sets the timeline is the access and load-in coordination an Alys event involves. Spring and fall Saturdays go first.
Will the cart look right at an Alys Beach event?
That is a fair question here in a way it is not everywhere. The cart is a clean espresso bar, and supplies, bins and backups stay out of sight for the whole service. If your designer wants specific signage, linen or a menu treatment, send it and the service side gets built around it.
Can you serve at Caliza Pool or the Amphitheatre?
Yes, with the venue's approval and a confirmed power source. Both are open-air, so the two things settled in advance are the outlet the cart runs on and the exact cart position. Approval for the space itself runs through your planner and the community's event staff, not through us.
