Every quote includes beverage service, staffing, travel, setup, breakdown and taxes. All we need is space to set up, one standard wall outlet per espresso machine, a nearby trash can, and a site contact to greet the barista.
Coffee Cart Catering in Rosemary Beach, Florida
Yes, and it is a day trip. Rosemary Beach sits at the east end of 30A, about an hour and forty-five minutes from our Pensacola roastery, well inside our regular service area. The thing that shapes a Rosemary booking is not the drive. It is the distance between where a van can park and where the cart actually stands. Getting the cart to Rosemary Beach
We leave Pensacola in the morning, load in, serve, break down and drive home the same night. Travel, setup, breakdown and taxes are already inside the quote.
The last two hundred feet is the part worth planning. Rosemary was laid out pedestrian-first, and a lot of addresses front cobblestone lanes and footpaths that a loaded vehicle cannot reach. We will hand-carry the cart and equipment when we have to, but every hundred feet adds to the forty-five minutes setup normally takes. Tell us where we can park and how far that is from the service point.
What Rosemary Beach events look like
Rosemary runs on small gatherings, stacked close. A carriage-house welcome drink Thursday, a courtyard rehearsal dinner Friday, a reception near Town Hall or the Western Green Saturday. The addresses are often a few blocks apart, which makes a multi-stop weekend easier to build here than almost anywhere else.
Guest counts skew smaller than the architecture suggests, capping around the size one barista handles at sixty to seventy-five drinks an hour. If you are pushing three hundred guests through one thirty-minute window, one cart is the wrong tool and we would quote a second barista. Those three days are one wedding coffee cart booking, not three, and we quote them together.
Setting up at Rosemary Beach venues
Courtyards and the greens. The cart needs roughly eight feet by eight feet of level ground, plus room for a line that does not block a walkway. Brick and paver surfaces are fine. Deep sand and loose gravel are not.
Carriage houses and rental homes. Usually the easiest option in Rosemary, because the power is real and the load-in is short. The espresso machine runs on a standard 110v outlet; a kitchen circuit already running a caterer's warmers will trip.
Town Hall, boardwalks and beach access points. Open-air spots frequently have no outlet at the point of service. Vendor access and parking are normally arranged by your planner or rental manager ahead of the date, and the rules differ between communities. We want ours confirmed in writing before the week of.

Questions about coffee carts in Rosemary Beach
How close can you park to a Rosemary Beach address?
That depends on the address, and it is the first thing we ask. Many Rosemary properties front cobblestone lanes or footpaths rather than a driveable street. We carry in when that is the case. We just need the distance in advance so it is built into the arrival time.
Will the cart fit in a Rosemary Beach courtyard?
Usually. The cart occupies about eight feet by eight feet in service position, and the constraint is rarely the cart itself but the guest line behind it. A courtyard that seats forty will take the cart if there is a wall or corner to set it against rather than a spot in the traffic path.
What if there is no outlet where the cart is standing?
Then we plan around it. The espresso machine runs on a standard 110v outlet, and on a green, a boardwalk or a beach access point there often is not one within reach. Told at booking, it is a solved problem. Found at four o'clock on a Saturday, it is not.
