Setting up at Panama City Beach venues

Resort and conference properties. The easiest rooms on this list. A loading dock, a service elevator, a banquet contact and real power. Ask about in-house catering rules early, because some properties restrict outside beverage service and that belongs before a deposit.

Condo towers and amenity decks. The freight elevator decides the schedule. The cart takes about eight feet by eight feet in service position and travels in pieces, but it still needs a reserved elevator window and a clear path from the loading area. Building management normally books that.

Pool decks and beachfront. Power is the question. Most beachfront service points have no outlet at all, so a standard 110v outlet has to be brought to where the cart stands. Wind and blowing sand argue for a hard surface under cover rather than open beach.
