Every quote includes beverage service, staffing, travel, setup, breakdown and taxes. All we need is space to set up, one standard wall outlet per espresso machine, a nearby trash can, and a site contact to greet the barista.

Yes, we come to Tallahassee, three hours each way from our Pensacola roastery. That puts it in our extended range: an overnight before a morning event, travel itemized on the quote, six to eight weeks of lead time. Getting the cart to Tallahassee
About 200 miles each way on I-10, and the time zone works against you. Tallahassee is Eastern and Pensacola is Central, so a 9 a.m. campus event starts at 8 a.m. our time. We drive over the afternoon before and stay the night rather than leave at four in the morning.
Two things follow. Book six to eight weeks ahead instead of the four to six we ask on the Gulf Coast, because a Tallahassee date takes the cart and a barista off the local calendar for two days. And travel is a separate line on the quote, so the distance is visible rather than folded into the package price.
What Tallahassee events look like
Tallahassee has two clocks running at once, and both stop. Session fills the early months with agency receptions, association breakfasts and lobby-day functions near the Capitol. The university calendar fills August through April with FSU and FAMU department events, homecoming, commencement and football Saturdays.
Then June and July arrive and the town empties. No city we serve swings that hard. If your event lands in May, spring graduation and the end of session have taken the good dates, so May books first. Both clocks are the same booking for us: business event coffee catering.
Setting up at Tallahassee venues
Capitol-area offices and downtown meeting rooms. Street-side load-in and tight parking on session weekdays. Tell us how far the cart has to travel from where a van can legally sit, because that distance sets our arrival time more than the 45-minute setup does.
FSU and FAMU campus buildings. Campus access is the variable. Vehicle permits, service-entrance rules and game-day road closures are set by the university rather than by us, so we need a campus contact who can get a van to a door.
Hotels, conference space and venues outside town. Hotel ballrooms are the simplest rooms we work. The barns and rural properties outside town often run on limited power; the espresso machine runs on a standard 110v outlet and the cart needs about 8 by 8 feet.

Questions about coffee carts in Tallahassee
Do you actually drive from Pensacola to Tallahassee?
Yes, for booked events. Tallahassee is three hours each way and an hour ahead of us on the clock, so we come over the day before rather than start the morning with a drive. It is not our home market. Travel is itemized so you can see what the distance costs.
Can you work a football Saturday or a graduation weekend?
Yes, with lead time. Those are the two weekends Tallahassee fills up, and they are also the two where hotel space for our crew disappears first. Ask eight weeks out for a home game or a commencement date. Four weeks out, the answer is usually no.
Would it be cheaper to book a Tallahassee coffee cart?
Yes on travel, and if the budget is tight a local cart is the right call. We will not argue you out of it. The reason to bring us three hours is that we roast the coffee ourselves in Pensacola for your date instead of buying beans in. That is worth something on some events and nothing on others.
What other towns near Tallahassee do you serve?
