Getting the cart to Jacksonville

Around 400 miles each way on I-10, plus an hour lost crossing into Eastern time. There is no version of this that is a day trip. We drive over the day before, stay the night, work the event, and often stay a second night rather than put a barista back on the road after breakdown.

Beach venues and outdoor decks. Same rules as our own coast. Most oceanfront service points have no outlet in reach, the espresso machine runs on a standard 110v outlet, and the cart wants 8 by 8 feet of deck or hard surface rather than sand.

For a booked event, yes. This is the outer limit of our range and we are straight about what that means: a night in town before the event, roughly 800 miles round trip, and the largest travel line of any city on our list. It is itemized, not buried.

Is a Jacksonville coffee cart the cheaper option?

One barista makes 60 to 75 drinks an hour. A 90-minute registration window covers roughly 100 people comfortably. Above that, or with a hard 30-minute break instead, we add a second barista. Send the head count and the window and we will tell you which.

Jacksonville is our eastern limit, so the closest pages are Gainesville and Tallahassee. The drive gets much shorter west of there, through Panama City Beach, 30A and Pensacola.
