Yes, Fairhope is a date we take. It is about an hour and fifteen minutes from our Pensacola roastery, around the head of Mobile Bay, and inside our regular service area. Getting the cart to Fairhope
A little over 75 miles from Fairfield Drive, through Mobile and back east across the bay. We arrive about forty-five minutes before service, and for a downtown Fairhope address we build in more, because parking within rolling distance of the door takes the time, not the espresso machine.
Tell us early about the walk. The cart is roughly 8 by 8 feet and rolls well on pavement, brick and hard path. It rolls badly on lawn, pine straw and sand. Give us the distance from where a van can stop to where the coffee is going, and what the ground is like along the way.
What Fairhope events look like
Fairhope events are smaller than Mobile's and about the setting. Garden weddings and private-home receptions are a large part of it, along with ceremonies near the bluff and the pier, where the coffee bar opens as the light goes and people stop wanting cold drinks.
The rest is the town itself. Boutique openings along Section and Fairhope Avenue, gallery evenings, arts festival weekends, nonprofit luncheons, and club events toward Point Clear. Guest counts often run 60 to 150, not several hundred. One barista serves about 60 to 75 drinks an hour, so a Fairhope reception is one service window rather than a shift. Setting up at Fairhope venues
Downtown and the boutique district. Street-side load-in on narrow blocks with planted sidewalks. Ask about after-hours access and where a van can legally sit for twenty minutes. The rest is easy: indoor rooms with normal outlets.
The bluff, the pier and waterfront venues. Power decides everything here. Many outdoor service points near the water have no outlet at all, which is workable with notice and a problem without it. Wind off the bay will also take napkins, cups and anything light off the counter.
Garden and private-home venues. The most common Fairhope booking and the one with the most to check. We need an 8x8 spot on a patio, deck, driveway or path rather than open lawn, plus a standard 110v outlet. A house circuit already carrying a band, a warmer or string lighting will trip mid-service.
Point Clear resorts and country clubs. Straightforward. Service entrance, real power, in-house catering rules to coordinate in advance.

How long does it take you to reach Fairhope from Pensacola?
About an hour and fifteen minutes, around the top of Mobile Bay. Fairhope is inside our regular service area, so travel, setup, breakdown and taxes are included in the quote and there is no overnight to pay for.
Can you set up at a waterfront or bluff-side venue in Fairhope?
Yes, once two things are answered: where the power comes from, and how far the cart travels from the van. Outdoor service points near the bay often have no outlet, and the cart does not roll across lawn or sand. Both are solvable at booking and awkward on the day.
