Every quote includes beverage service, staffing, travel, setup, breakdown and taxes. All we need is space to set up, one standard wall outlet per espresso machine, a nearby trash can, and a site contact to greet the barista.

Yes, we come to Gulf Shores. It sits just outside our published service area, about ninety minutes from the Pensacola roastery, which still makes it a comfortable day trip rather than an overnight. Getting the cart to Gulf Shores
The route runs west across the bay and down Highway 59 through Foley. Most of the year it is uneventful. Between spring break and Labor Day it is not, and Saturdays are worst, because that is when the rental houses and condos turn over and half the town is checking in or out.
So we build a large buffer into in-season arrivals and ask for your program start time, not just the service window. Setup runs about forty-five minutes. We drive home the same night, so a late window costs you nothing.
What Gulf Shores events look like
Gulf Shores books family. Multi-generational reunions in a rented beach house, graduation and birthday parties, school and church group trips, and beach weddings that run smaller and less formal than the ones east of here. Much of it happens at a rental address rather than a venue with a name on the door.
The calendar follows the rental calendar. March and early April are spring break, June through early August is peak, and October brings the Shrimp Festival and a shoulder crowd. October fills earliest of any month. From May to September iced drinks outsell hot ones badly, and morning beats afternoon. Setting up at Gulf Shores venues
Public beach access points. Gulf Shores has more public beach than most towns we serve, and it is the hardest setup we do. There is normally no power at the service point, so that gets solved at booking, not on the day. Open sand is rough on the cart and on the guest line; a boardwalk, pavilion or hard deck is far better.
Rental houses and condo towers. Driveway and pool-deck placement is the norm and works well, because the power is real and the walk is short. Towers need checking early: guest parking is often capped, load-in can run through a service elevator, and an eight-by-eight cart plus equipment is not something we carry far.
Beachfront commercial venues. The strip around The Hangout is restaurant and entertainment space, and those buildings usually set their own policy on outside beverage vendors. Ask them before you book us.

Is Gulf Shores inside your service area?
Just outside it. Gulf Shores is not on our core list, and we take the dates anyway because ninety minutes is a day trip. We load in, serve, break down and drive back the same night.
Can you set up on the beach in Gulf Shores?
Yes, and power decides everything. Most public beach access points have no outlet at the service point, so we need to know at booking. Wind and open sand matter more here than indoors, so ask about a deck or pavilion.
Would a Gulf Shores coffee cart be cheaper than driving you over?
On travel, usually yes. A cart based in Baldwin County has no drive to charge you for, and if cost is the only factor you should hire one. What you get by bringing us across is coffee we roasted in Pensacola for your date rather than beans bought in from someone else.
What other towns near Gulf Shores do you serve?
