Every quote includes beverage service, staffing, travel, setup, breakdown and taxes. All we need is space to set up, one standard wall outlet per espresso machine, a nearby trash can, and a site contact to greet the barista.

Yes, Orange Beach is a date we take. It falls just outside our published service area, roughly ninety minutes from the Pensacola roastery by the coastal route, so it runs as a day trip rather than an overnight. Getting the cart to Orange Beach
We come west through Perdido Key and over the pass, which is the short way and, on a July weekend, not the fast one. Canal Road and the beach road carry the whole town, so summer dates leave Pensacola with an hour of slack we occasionally need.
Setup runs about forty-five minutes, longer at a resort where load-in goes through back-of-house. The drive is short enough to do twice in a day, so an evening window costs nothing extra.
What Orange Beach events look like
Orange Beach runs on water and business. The marinas around Perdido Pass drive the first half: charter fleets, fishing tournaments and awards dinners, dockside parties, and rehearsal dinners on a deck over the water. Weddings here skew smaller and more upscale than the public-beach market next door, more waterfront than gulf-front.
The other half is corporate. The larger resorts have real conference space, pulling in sales meetings, incentive trips and association gatherings in shoulder season, when rooms are cheap and the weather works. The Wharf runs its own calendar of concerts and plaza events. Summer is family, spring and late fall business. Those waterfront weddings and dockside dinners are what the wedding side of the cart is built for.
Setting up at Orange Beach venues
Resort conference space. The easiest rooms on this coast: power, water, and an interior load-in with a dock or service entrance. Settle placement in advance, because in-house catering and the AV crew have a claim on the same floor and sometimes the same circuit.
Marinas and dockside setups. Dock boards are uneven and the cart wants a flat eight-by-eight footprint. Shore power at a slip is often not the standard 110v outlet we need, so confirm that before the date. Wind through the pass is a real factor. One hard limit: the cart does not go on a vessel. For a charter, we serve at the dock before boarding or when you come back in.
The Wharf and plaza events. Vehicle access into a pedestrian district is normally restricted to set hours, so vendor load-in is scheduled rather than improvised. Send the access window and a parking location ahead of the date.

Questions about coffee carts in Orange Beach
Is Orange Beach inside your regular service area?
It is just past the edge of it. Orange Beach is not on our core list, but ninety minutes is a comfortable day trip, so we book it like one. No overnight, and no hotel line on your quote.
Can you set the cart up on a dock or on a boat?
On a dock, yes, given a flat eight-by-eight footprint and a standard 110v outlet we are cleared to use. On a boat, no. For charter events we serve at the slip before departure or on the return, and that only works if the schedule accounts for it.
Is a local Baldwin County cart cheaper than bringing you from Pensacola?
On the travel line, yes, and a cart based in Orange Beach or Foley wins that comparison every time. The trade is what is in the hopper: we roast in Pensacola, for your date, rather than buying beans in from another roaster.
