Where Our Coffee Cart Travels

We run the coffee cart out of our roastery on Fairfield Drive in Pensacola, and we serve events across Northwest Florida, South Alabama and, for dates booked far enough ahead, well beyond that. Below is every market with its own page, grouped by how far it is from the roaster. If your town is not listed, it is still worth asking. Home market

Inside about half an hour. Same-day, no overnight, and the easiest dates on our calendar to add late.

Core service area

Roughly forty-five minutes to two hours. These are day trips and they are our normal range. Travel is included in the quote rather than added afterwards.

Extended range

Two hours and out. We travel to these markets for booked events, most of them need an overnight, and travel is itemized separately in the quote so you can see exactly what the distance costs. Book six to eight weeks ahead rather than four to six, because one of these dates takes the cart off the Gulf Coast calendar for two days.

Booking outside these markets

Distance is a cost, not a wall. If your event is somewhere not on this list, send the date and the location and we will tell you plainly whether it makes sense. Sometimes the honest answer is that a cart closer to you will serve you better on price, and we would rather say so than quote you a number that only works for us.

Booking by event type

Some events and some buyers have their own page, because the timing, the setup and the paperwork differ.

• Wedding coffee cart. Late reception service and a cart that photographs well.
• Corporate coffee catering. Morning arrivals, conference breaks and invoicing your finance team can process.
• Trade show coffee cart. Booth traffic across long exhibit hall hours.
• Grand opening coffee cart. A reason for people to stop at a new door.
• Graduation coffee cart. Afternoon family parties with guests of every age.
• Holiday party coffee bar. An evening second bar for guests who are not drinking.

By who you are

• Churches. Short gaps between Sunday services, with volunteers working beside us.
• Offices. Staff mornings and workplace events in your own building.
• Event planners. Carts you book on behalf of a client.
• Real estate agents. Open houses and client appreciation mornings.
• Schools. Staff appreciation weeks run around a bell schedule.
• Property managers. Resident events and vacation rental welcomes.

Packages

The same three packages apply everywhere we go, quoted with setup, breakdown and taxes included:

• Unique, from $425.
• Sophisticated, from $750.
• Exceptional, from $1,175.
